我院于1960～1981年共施行肝切除467例,其中274例为原发性肝癌,而良性病变179例中有肝细胞腺瘤3例。 肝细胞腺瘤为较少见的良性肝脏肿瘤,Warvi于1944年报告经病理证实的67例。近10余年来关于本瘤的报告日见增多有认为与口服避孕药有关。我国亦已有多例报告,但尚未发现与口服避孕药有何明显联系。本文3例亦未发现与避孕药有何关系。兹将本院中的2例报告如下:
In our hospital from 1960 to 1981, a total of 467 cases of hepatectomy were performed, of which 274 cases were primary liver cancer, and 179 cases of benign lesions had hepatocellular adenoma in 3 cases. Hepatocellular adenomas are rare benign liver tumors. Warvi reported in 1944 that 67 cases were pathologically confirmed. The increase in the number of reported reports of this tumour in the last 10 years is related to oral contraceptives. There have also been many cases reported in China, but no obvious connection has been found with oral contraceptives. The 3 cases in this article also found no relationship with the contraceptives.
