中国经济发展呈现出新的常态,中国经济发展不同于以往30年的高速增长,而呈现出中高速增长的态势。经济新常态下的一带一路战略的提出,对我国加强国与国之间的多边贸易,是一种创新,更是一种机遇。是变革传统的丝绸之路交易链,使得中国利用古丝绸之路的历史优势,运用新的科学技术手段,在我国经济的发展上作出重大贡献。一带一路战略提供的机遇,使得电子商务可以在此背景下得到发展,但同时,电子商务就目前的发展状况,仍然存在一些问题,本文就电子商务在一带一路战略区的新常态模式进行分析。

The proposed “One Belt and One Road” under the New Economic Normalization is an innovation and an opportunity even more for China to strengthen its multilateral trade with other countries. Is to transform the traditional Silk Road trade chain and make China make great contribution to the economic development of our country by taking advantage of the historical advantages of the ancient Silk Road and using new scientific and technological means. With the opportunities provided by the Belt and Road Initiative, e-commerce can be developed in this context. However, at the same time, there are still some problems with the current development of e-commerce. This paper analyzes the new normal mode of e-commerce in the Belt and Road strategic area.
