目的 :观察血竭有效组分对猪肺微粒体中前列腺素合成酶系的作用。方法 :分离提取血竭有效组分 ,制备猪肺微粒体酶 ,分析药物对 6 酮 前列腺素F1α( 6 keto PGF1α)和血栓素B2 (TXB2 )生成的影响。结果 :组分A、C、D与阿司匹林作用类似 ,同时降低两者水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,而组分B显示选择性作用 ,即提高 6 keto PGF1α水平 ,而减少TXB2 形成。结论 :血竭对环氧化酶和TXA2 合成酶的抑制作用以及对PGI2 合成酶的促进作用可能是活血化瘀的作用机理之一
Objective: To observe the effect of active components of dragon’s blood on prostaglandin synthetase in porcine lung microsomes. Methods : To isolate and extract the effective components of D.extracta, prepare porcine lung microsomal enzymes, and analyze the effects of drugs on the production of 6 keto PGF1α and TXB2. RESULTS: Components A, C, and D were similar to aspirin and decreased both levels (P < 0.01), while Component B showed a selective effect, ie, increased 6 keto PGF1α levels and decreased TXB2 formation. Conclusion : The inhibition of cyclooxygenase and TXA2 synthase by dragon’s blood and the promotion of PGI2 synthase may be one of the mechanisms of action of blood circulation.
