海洋石油平台作为实现海上能源开发的最有效工具之一,常年受到风、浪、流、海冰以及地震作用的威胁,结构的疲劳裂纹扩展和材料腐蚀等不利因素将导致平台结构体系抗力的衰减。寻求平台的安全适用性和最佳经济效益一直是海洋平台结构设计、使用、检测和维护中特别关注的问题。本文通过介绍国内外对海洋平台结构可靠性的研究进展,提出了几种结构可靠性的计算方法,对海洋平台结构可靠性研究的发展有一定意义。
As one of the most effective tools for offshore energy development, Offshore Oil Platform is threatened by wind, waves, currents, sea ice and earthquakes all year round. The unfavorable factors such as structural fatigue crack propagation and material corrosion will lead to the decay of the resistance of the platform structural system . It is always a special concern in the design, use, testing and maintenance of the offshore platform to seek the safety and suitability of the platform and the best economic benefits. This paper introduces the research progress of offshore platform structural reliability both at home and abroad, and proposes several calculation methods of structural reliability, which are of certain significance to the development of offshore platform structural reliability research.
