目的对2~5岁儿童保健门诊就诊存在饮食行为问题的儿童进行临床干预。方法将儿童按照就诊时间先后顺序随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组采用个性化干预方法,对照组采用常规喂养指导。结果六大饮食行为问题表现从高到低依次是:不良进食习惯112例(55.45%);精力充沛胃口差95例(47.03%);对某种食物特别偏好93例(46.04%);父母过度关心71例(35.15%);害怕进食20例(9.9%);潜在疾病状态16例(7.9%),两组儿童干预后与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预组儿童各类饮食行为问题评分提高程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展以家庭为单位的个性化临床干预,能有效地改善2~5岁儿童的饮食行为。
Objective To investigate the clinical intervention of children aged 2 ~ 5 years in health clinics who have eating behavior problems. Methods The children were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the order of treatment time. The intervention group adopted the individualized intervention method and the control group received the conventional feeding guidance. Results The six dietary behavioral problems ranked from high to low: 112 cases (55.45%) of unhealthy eating habits; 95 cases (47.03%) with poor appetite; 93 cases (46.04%) particularly preferred for certain foods; (35.15%); fear of eating 20 cases (9.9%); potential disease state in 16 cases (7.9%). There was significant difference between the two groups before and after intervention (P <0.01) Children’s eating behavior problems score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Personalized clinical intervention with family as a unit can effectively improve the dietary behavior of children aged 2 ~ 5 years.
