针对土地复垦的招投标管理、复垦规定和技术标准、以及施工整个过程中的管理问题进行了探讨,为我国土地复垦的管理工作进一步完善做作出参考。
In view of the bidding and tendering management, reclamation regulations and technical standards of land reclamation and the management problems in the whole process of construction, this paper makes reference for the further improvement of land reclamation management in our country.
