利用SCoT分子标记技术对采自广西的50份斑茅无性系进行遗传多样性分析,从46条引物中筛选出扩增结果稳定、条带清晰和有多态性的引物15条,扩增位点336个,其中多态性位点284个,多态性为83.93%,说明广西斑茅具有较丰富的遗传多样性。根据研究结果进行聚类分析,在相似系数0.73的水平,可将50份斑茅无性系归为4大类;在相似系数0.76的水平,可将第Ⅳ类分成6种类型,同一地区的斑茅无性系基本聚在同一类,呈现出一定的地域性分布规律。
SCOT molecular marker technology was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 50 Chinese radish clones collected from Guangxi. Fifteen 46 primers were screened out for their stable amplification, clear bands and polymorphic primers. A total of 336 spots were found, of which 284 were polymorphic loci with a polymorphism of 83.93%. This indicated that P. glutinosa had abundant genetic diversity. According to the results of the cluster analysis, at the similarity coefficient of 0.73, 50 Dactylis glomeruffi clones can be classified into four categories; at the similarity coefficient of 0.76, the fourth group can be divided into six types, the same area Mao clones basically gathered in the same category, showing a certain geographical distribution.
