为了探明柑桔容器育苗中应用菌根真菌的效应和最适宜的培养物配方,本试验用锯木屑和蚯蚓粪等材料混合的5种配方来比较在容器条件下对枳实生苗感染菌根的影响。结果初步证明,人工接种Glomus citricolum等菌根真菌能使枳实生苗在3种培养物配方中形成菌根。培养物中混有蚯蚓粪能显著地促进植株生长。培养物混入煤灰渣既不能使枳实生苗形成菌根,又不利于幼苗生长。
In order to find out the effect of mycorrhizal fungi in citrus container breeding and the most suitable culture formula, we compared the mycorrhizal fungi rooted in the citrus aurantium seedling under container condition with five kinds of formulas mixed with sawdust and vermicompost materials Impact. Preliminary results showed that artificial inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi such as Glomus citricolum could make mycorrhizal fungi form mycorrhizae in the three culture formulations. Vermicompost mixed with culture can significantly promote plant growth. Cultures mixed with coal ash can not make citrus aurantium seedling formation mycorrhizal, but also not conducive to seedling growth.
