2004年1月13日至14日,首都北京迎来了一年一度的全国建设工作会议。会议由建设部部长汪光焘主持。本次会议主要学习贯彻党的十六届三中全会精神,全面落实中央经济工作会议部署,对去年的工作进行了总结,提出了2004年建设工作的总体要求,尤其对建设领域中损害群众利益的突出问题制定了有针对性的解决措施,充分体现了“求真务实”、“与时俱进”的精神。 为了向广大的勘察设计界读者更好地宣传本次会议精神,本刊以专栏的形式,摘要刊登汪光焘部长,刘志峰副部长在本次会议上的重要讲话,并选择刊登了部分经验交流材料,以便大家学习、参考。
