目的观察采用立体定向技术注射甘油治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法运用立体定向导航法,穿刺至卵圆孔中心点,注射甘油0．5 ml,必要时重复注射,共治疗原发性三叉神经痛患者300例。结果一次穿刺治疗治愈166例占55．3％,2次穿刺治疗治愈88例占29．3％,3次穿刺治疗治愈34例占11．3％,4次以上穿刺治疗治愈12例占4．0％。结论运用立体定向技术注射甘油治疗原发性三叉神经痛,疗效确切,效果满意。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of stereotactic injection of glycerol on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Stereotactic navigation method was used to puncture the center of foramen ovale. Injection of 0.5 ml of glycerol and 300 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia were repeated if necessary. Results A total of 166 cases were treated by puncture, accounting for 55.3%. 88 cases were cured by 2 puncture procedures, 29.3% were cured by 3 puncture procedures, 11.3% were cured by 3 puncture procedures and 12 cases were cured by 4 puncture treatments. 0%. Conclusion Stereotaxic injection of glycerol in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia, curative effect is exact, the effect is satisfactory.
