案例背景河南省洛阳正骨医院是在具有200余年历史的平乐郭氏正骨基础上发展起来的一所集医疗、教学、科研、产业为一体的三级甲等医院,现有开放床位800张,职工870人,专业技术人员700余人。为进一步深化职称改革,建立和完善专业技术职务职称评价机制,使职称晋升推荐、聘任及任朝考核工作更趋标准化、规范化、科学化,近年来,在专业技术人员管理工作中,努力尝试建立职称晋升量化标准和评价机制,取得了良好的效果。
