目的:考察水蒸汽蒸馏法提取护心颗粒中的广藿香和橘红挥发油工艺条件和β-环糊精包合物的测定。方法:以挥发油的收率作为评价指标,选择加水量、浸泡时间及提取时间等为主要影响因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,优化提取挥发油的工艺条件。结果:水蒸汽蒸馏法提取广藿香和橘红挥发油最佳工艺条件为加8倍量的水,浸泡1h,蒸馏提取6h。结论:水蒸汽蒸馏法提取广藿香和橘红挥发油的工艺合理可行。β-环糊精包合的挥发油的性质稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the technological conditions and β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of patchouli and orange-red essential oil extracted from Huxin granules by steam distillation. Methods: The yield of volatile oil was taken as the evaluation index, the amount of water added, the soaking time and the extraction time were chosen as the main influencing factors. The orthogonal experiment of L9 (34) was carried out to optimize the process conditions for extracting volatile oil. Results: The optimum conditions of extracting volatile oil of patchouli and orange red by steam distillation were adding 8 times the amount of water, soaking for 1 hour and extracting by distillation for 6 hours. Conclusion: The technology of steam distillation for extracting patchouli and orange red volatile oil is reasonable and feasible. β-cyclodextrin inclusion of volatile oil stable nature.
