用原子吸收光谱分析法测定土壤中各种微量元素时,试样的前处理通常是采用酸法分解,即硝酸-高氯酸消解法。此法必须具有良好的通风设备,因为样品在消解过程中排放大量有害气体,并且消解样品相当费时。而一般的碱熔法分解样品又存在不少问题,如引进大量熔剂基体,因而造成测量时燃烧器缝的堵塞,使测量信号发生漂移,严重影响分析精度和灵敏度。鉴于以上两种方法的不足,我们试验用过氧化钠烧结法(即半融法)进行试样的分解,取得了满意的结果。此法分解样品安全、可靠、快速,且不污染环境。
Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Determination of trace elements in the soil, the sample pretreatment is usually the use of acid decomposition, nitric acid - perchloric acid digestion. This method must have good ventilation because the sample emits a large amount of noxious gases during digestion and the sample digestion can be quite time consuming. However, there are still some problems in the conventional alkali melting method, such as introducing a large amount of flux matrix, resulting in the blockage of the burner seam during measurement, drifting the measurement signal and seriously affecting the analysis accuracy and sensitivity. In view of the above two shortcomings, we experiment with sodium peroxide sintering method (ie, semi-melting method) for sample decomposition, and achieved satisfactory results. This method decomposes samples safely, reliably, quickly and without contaminating the environment.
