我们知道社会需要进步,国家需要发展,企业需要壮大,这一切都离不开人的主观能动性,适应外界环境是任何事物存在与发展的最根本前提,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中求生存与发展,更需要人才这个雄厚的资本。所以说二十一世纪企业的竞争就是人才的竞争。那么如何激发全体员工的工作热情与内在的潜力呢?使企业上上下下有一个共同美好的愿景,一个共同积极向上的企业文化,一个共同奋斗的目标,从而促进企业的进步与发展是当今每个企业应该重点思索的问题,本人想结合自己工作的实际经验,谈谈这方面的个人肤浅看法。
