随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加深,使得由美国次贷危机引发的全球经济危机愈演愈烈。并且已经严重影响了我国农产品贸易发展。2008年我国经济发展出现下滑,11月、12月两个月当中的GDP增速已经下降到了6%,进出口贸易出现了严重的负增长。另外,从8月份开始,反映经济物流活跃程度的物流指数也开始进入到了衰退期,这与欧美等国的经济遭遇的状况基本相同。虽然世贸组织对农业贸易的规则无法实现短期内的改变,但是我国也应当重视全球经济危机对其带来的严重影响,并且采取相应的应对策略来将负面影响降到最低。
With the deepening of the global economic integration process, the global economic crisis triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has intensified. And has seriously affected the development of China’s agricultural trade. In 2008, the economic development in our country declined. In November and December, the GDP growth rate in the two months dropped to 6%, and the import and export trade experienced serious negative growth. In addition, since August, the logistics index reflecting the degree of economic logistics has begun to enter into a recession, which is basically the same as the economic crisis in Europe and the United States. Although the WTO rules on agricultural trade can not be changed in the short term, our country should also pay close attention to the serious impact of the global economic crisis and adopt appropriate countermeasures to minimize its negative impact.
