当前,人类社会已经由信息化时代中的注重对于相关信息的获取、占有、传递过渡到了后信息时代,更为注重对相关信息的处理、利用以及其所具有的实际应用价值,加强在新形势下对于信息管理人才培养的整体改革,提高信息技术人才的整综合素质,既是新形势下社会发展对于信息管理人才提出的新要求,也是推进后信息化时代我国信息人才培养改革的必然要求。
