和谐社会构建需要和谐文化与之相对应,文化具有的功能决定了它在社会建设中有着不可替代的作用,促进社会主义和谐社会的发展,离不开文化建设。繁荣社会主义先进文化,建设和谐文化,成为现阶段我国文化工作的主题。在党领导的中国特色社会主义建设实践中,先进文化与和谐文化是两个既有区别又互相联系的概念,先进文化与和谐文化在价值取向上是契合一致的。和谐社会呼唤和谐文化,当代中国建设和谐文化既有许多优势,又存在着一些不利的因素。充分发挥和谐文化建设的优势,大力克服影响和谐文化建设的不利因素,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重大任务。
The construction of a harmonious society needs a harmonious culture, and the function of culture determines that it plays an irreplaceable role in the social construction. It is inseparable from the cultural construction to promote the development of a harmonious socialist society. Prospering the advanced socialist culture and building a harmonious culture has become the theme of our country’s cultural work at this stage. In the party-led practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, advanced culture and harmonious culture are two concepts that are both differentiated and interrelated. The advanced culture and harmonious culture are consistent in value orientation. A harmonious society calls for a harmonious culture. The construction of a harmonious culture in contemporary China has many advantages and some unfavorable factors. Give full play to the advantages of building a harmonious culture and vigorously overcome unfavorable factors that affect the construction of a harmonious culture are major tasks in building a harmonious socialist society.
