针对现有的楼盖基本是实腹的,以及在工程中存在难以解决的问题,引荐一种新型的楼盖。本文通过与传统楼盖的对比,分析了带肋底板叠合空腹楼盖的基本性能以及技术的可行性,同时也为空腹叠合楼盖的设计与工程应用提供了依据。分析表明,带肋底板叠合空腹楼盖不但具有施工方便、节约模板和支撑、省时省工省料等等突出特点,而且可以利用楼盖空腹区域安装各种管线,也可以用来通风和安装地热设施,省却了二次装修,也保证了天花的平整,适合在房屋建筑中大力推广使用。
