目的探讨屏氧酶1(PON1)基因192位GlnArg(Q/R192)多态性与脑梗死的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)限制性片段长度多态性方法测定375例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和339名健康普查者及非心脑血管疾病患者(对照组)的PON1Q/R192基因多态性,进行基因型分析;并对各基因型与血脂水平关系进行比较。结果在研究的总人群中,PON1Q/R1923种基因型频率分别为QQ13.6%、Q44.0%、RR42.4%;PON1Q/R192基因型和等位基因频率分布在脑梗死组与对照组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);各基因型之间血脂水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论未发现PON1Q/R192基因多态性与脑梗死存在相关关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between GlnArg (Q / R192) polymorphism at position 192 of PON1 gene and cerebral infarction. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the PON1Q / R192 in 375 patients with cerebral infarction (cerebral infarction group) and 339 healthy controls and non-cardiovascular disease patients (control group) Gene polymorphism, genotype analysis; and genotypes and lipid levels were compared. Results Among the total population studied, the frequencies of PON1Q / R1923 genotypes were QQ13.6%, Q44.0% and RR42.4%, respectively. The genotype and allele frequencies of PON1Q / R192 were significantly different between cerebral infarction group and control group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of serum lipids among all genotypes (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no correlation between PON1Q / R192 gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction.
