利多卡因是目前临床上应用最广的局部麻醉药之一,其主要优点是稳定,起效快和组织穿透力良好,但它在体内代谢缓慢,中毒反应发生率比普鲁卡因高,尤其是在多次硬膜外注射或者连续硬膜外滴注以后,因此有必要了解硬膜外注射后利多卡因的药代动力学特性。有关利多卡因的药代动力学参数国外已有报道,国内报道甚少,儿童的利多卡因药代动力学研究目前还未见有文献报道。本研究采用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定利多卡因血浓度,按残数法求得儿童在骶管麻醉期间利多卡因的各种药代动力学参数,为临床合理用药提供依据。

Its main advantages are stable, fast onset of action and good tissue penetration, but it is metabolized slowly in vivo with a higher incidence of toxic reactions than procaine , Especially after repeated epidural injections or continuous epidural instillation, it is necessary to understand the pharmacokinetic properties of lidocaine after epidural injection. Pharmacokinetic parameters of lidocaine have been reported abroad, little domestic reports, children’s lidocaine pharmacokinetic studies have not been reported in the literature. In this study, fluorescence polarization immunoassay was used to determine the lidocaine blood concentration. Various pharmacokinetic parameters of lidocaine in children during caudal anesthesia were obtained by the residual number method to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use.
