在抗H2 S -HCN -H2 O系应力腐蚀用钢 12Cr2AlMoV钢的基础上开发出来的 0 8Cr2AlMo钢具有和 12Cr2AlMoV钢相当的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂的能力 ,同时还具有比碳钢与12Cr2Mo1钢高的抗循环水、软化水及盐酸水溶液的耐蚀性。由于合理的化学成分和优良工装及精炼工艺条件使0 8Cr2AlMo钢的纯净度大大提高 (夹杂物 <1 5级 ) ,硬度降低 (<15 0HB) ,并配有专用的焊接材料 ,使其具有良好的可焊性和制造性能 ,可广泛用于制造石油炼制系统热交换器管束 ,使用温度范围为 - 6 0℃到 5 0 0℃。
