玻璃纤维保温材料是一种核电厂大量使用的保温材料。由于核电厂服役环境十分恶劣,玻璃纤维保温材料受到高温、高压和快中子辐照等因素的共同作用,在服役过程中存在辐照脆化和热老化现象,以至于材料强度降低甚至在使用过程中发生脱落。为了保证核电厂的正常运行,有必要对玻璃纤维保温材料进行考验研究。对试验材料进行了模拟核电厂运行环境的辐照试验,对辐照前后材料的力学性能进行了测试,并就辐照对所测试材料力学性能的影响进行了分析。
