流量是现代工业生产过程中最常用的过程控制参数,随着现代工业技术的发展,其精度要求也越来越高。仪表选型应根据工艺装置的规模、流程特点、操作要求和自动控制水平等因素确定,本文介绍了化肥企业生产用的五类流量仪表的主要性能和适用条件。对其优缺点进行了简略概括,以期为化肥企业实际生产中仪表选型提供参考。
Flow is the most commonly used process control parameter in modern industrial processes. With the development of modern industrial technology, the accuracy requirements are also getting higher and higher. Instrument selection should be based on the size of the process plant, process characteristics, operational requirements and the level of automatic control and other factors to determine, this article describes the five major types of flow meters used in fertilizer production company’s main performance and application conditions. Its advantages and disadvantages of a brief summary, with a view to fertilizer companies in the actual production of the instrument to provide a reference.
