为研究插销式钢管脚手架的安全性能,对异形结构中的模板支架和外墙脚手架进行现场试验研究,同时采用ANSYS有限元软件对脚手架进行静力分析和屈曲分析,得到不同工况下脚手架的应力和稳定承载力。研究得出:当稳定系数φ≥0.5时,法国钢结构标准规定的ADG插销式脚手架的安全系数明显高于JGJ 130—2011《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》中K=2的规定;插销式脚手架的节点属于半刚性,当刚度取20 k N·m/rad时,理论值与试验值较为吻合;支模架的失稳属于局部失稳,立杆端部外伸长度对支模架的承载力有着重要影响。建议在对插销式脚手架进行设计时,采用半刚性的有侧移框架理论。
In order to study the safety performance of bolt-type steel scaffolds, field test was conducted on the template supports and the external scaffolds in the special-shaped structures.
