改革开放以来,我国推行积极的开放政策引进大量外资,为我国的经济建设做出了贡献。同时,由于初期引进的外资大量投在能源、原材料开采等领域,使我国的生态环境也进一步恶化。可见,引进外资与环境保护有密切关系。面对经济一体化浪潮和绿色环保潮流,应注重优化外资产业导向和结构,借鉴西方发达国家环境保护经验并加强立法措施,使我国更快更好地融入世界经济发展的潮流,进一步扩大引进外资,使我国经济在绿色环保背景下健康持续发展。
