目的通过组建后勤服务专业化实体,走专业化、集约化、市场化的道路,为病人和医务人员提供优质、高效、价格合理的后勤服务。方法坚持整体规划,分段实施,稳步推进的原则,按照管、办分开和后勤服务社会化目标,将后勤管理和服务职能分开。结果改变了“小而全”和“医院办社会”的传统模式,建立后勤管理和服务新模式。结论转向资源共享、优势互补的后勤服务社会化的新格局。
Objective To establish specialized logistics service entities and follow the path of specialization, intensive, and marketization to provide high-quality, efficient, and reasonably priced logistics services for patients and medical personnel. Methods Adherence to the principle of overall planning, subdivided implementation, and steadily advancing, separate logistics management and service functions according to the goals of management, separation, and socialization of logistics services. As a result, the traditional mode of “small and complete” and “hospital-run society” has changed, and new logistic management and service models have been established. Conclusion Turn to the new pattern of socialization of logistic services with shared resources and complementary advantages.
