以醋酸锌为原料,以乙二胺-水为混合溶剂,利用溶剂热法低温快速制备出分散均匀的氧化锌(ZnO)纳米粒子。探讨了溶剂热条件如温度和时间对于ZnO纳米晶的形成及其形貌和光学性能的影响。X-射线粉末衍射和能量散射X-射线能谱分析表明,产物是纯的六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO。透射电镜形貌观察显示,产物为均匀纳米粒子,直径为20~30nm。所合成粉体紫外可见光谱表明,其紫外吸收大约为2.98eV,计算其直接带隙宽度为3.10eV。光致发光光谱显示ZnO纳米粒子具有良好的结晶性和光学性质。
Using zinc acetate as raw material and ethylenediamine - water as the mixed solvent, the uniformly dispersed zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles were prepared rapidly by solvothermal method. The effects of solvothermal conditions such as temperature and time on the formation of ZnO nanocrystals and their morphology and optical properties were investigated. X-ray powder diffraction and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy showed that the product was pure ZnO with hexagonal wurtzite structure. TEM observation showed that the product was uniform nanoparticles with a diameter of 20 ~ 30nm. The UV spectrum of the synthesized powder showed that its UV absorption was about 2.98eV, and its direct band gap was calculated to be 3.10eV. Photoluminescence spectra showed that ZnO nanoparticles have good crystallinity and optical properties.
