今天,北京市集邮协会和中华全国集邮联合会在这里联合召开“弘扬集邮文化　构建和谐社会”研讨会。我认为,这次会议既是集邮界认真贯彻落实中共中央关于构建和谐社会的指示精神,促进社会主义先进文化不断发展的一次理论探讨,也是寻求通过理论研究来加快集邮事业健康发展的一次有益探索。刚才听了几位同志的发言,我认为很好。这些发言不仅内容充实;而且理论联系实际,对先进集邮文化在构建和谐社会的伟大实践中应该如何发挥推动作用,阐述各自的观点和看法;同时,也为集邮协会今后举办活动提出了一些建设性意见和好的思路。下面,我想借此机会结合北京市集邮协会的工作谈几点看法。 Today, the Beijing Philatelic Society and the All-China Philatelic Federation jointly held a seminar on “Promoting philatelic culture and building a harmonious society.” I think this meeting is both a theoretical exploration by the Philatelic Bureau in conscientiously implementing the directives of the CPC Central Committee on building a harmonious society and promoting the continuous development of the advanced socialist culture. At the same time, they also put forward some constructive suggestions for organizing philatelic associations in the future Opinion and good ideas.
