现如今,我也算是一个“搞法理学的”了。两肩上架一个脑袋,以琢磨法理为业;黑板前研磨粉笔,靠贩授法理谋生。如我辈平凡学人,虽朝夕怵惕,一生勤勉,终究资质平平,学术生命有限,通常花甲即解甲。因此,倘无天灾人祸,此生来去,恐怕概乎于此。撑到退休,还能有所思索,就算不错。法理即人情,也就是世道,人情世道合为人生。起居于人情世道,职业就是人生,人生就是职业,而见闻不出校园,校园即家园。此生此世,做个这样的教书匠,在思考中守昏待晓,总把流年,付与晚生,真是惬意。 Nowadays, I am also a “law jurisprudence”.
