中国的政府部门自古至今就一直在提献身精神,谈无私奉献。但是总是只有一些泛泛的提法,没有一些具体的措施;只有一些空洞标语,没有实际的方法和步骤。本文借鉴现代企业人力资源管理的一些成功经验和理念,从公共部门人力资源开发的角度,对当今政府工作人员献身精神的缺失作了细致的分析,并在此基础上提出一些实际的、能够切切实实培养公共部门献身精神的一些具体理念和方案。
Since ancient times, the Chinese government departments have been devoting themselves to devotion and selfless dedication. However, there are always some generalizations and no specific measures. There are only some empty slogans and no practical methods or steps. This article draws on some successful experiences and concepts of human resources management in modern enterprises. From the perspective of human resources development in the public sector, this article analyzes in detail the absence of the dedication of today’s government workers.
