亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO_3)为普通的化学药剂。用于作物叶面喷施是光呼吸抑制剂,可降低乙醇酸氧化酶活性。随着光合作用研究的进展,早已发现光呼吸作用要消耗光合作用新形成的有机物质三分之一以上。因此,光呼吸调控研究,是目前颇受重视的课题。因为降低水稻的光呼吸作用,便能提高作物光合效率,从而增加产最。本试验则为达到这一目的於水稻喷施应用。
Sodium bisulfite (NaHSO_3) is a common chemical. For crop foliar spray is a photorespiratory inhibitor, can reduce glycolate oxidase activity. With the progress of photosynthesis research, it has long been found that photo respiration consumes more than one-third of the newly formed organic matter of photosynthesis. Therefore, the study of photorespiration regulation is a subject that has received much attention at present. Because of reducing the photorespiration of rice, crop photosynthesis efficiency can be increased, thereby increasing the production of the most. This experiment is to achieve this purpose in rice spraying applications.
