高分辩染色体是近代细胞遗传学的一项新技术,这一新技术的问世,使染色体的研究又大大地提高了一步。近年来,我们曾采用Ronne等低温休克法,Yunis氨甲喋呤阻断法和Dutrillaux等胸腺嘧啶核苷同步法,对人体外周血进行多次的摸索。现根据我院具体情况,应用Dutrillaux的方法,加以改进,经反复实验,己取得稳定而满意的效果。现将操作方法作一介绍。
The high resolution chromosome is a new technology of modern cytogenetics. With the advent of this new technology, the study of chromosomes has been greatly improved. In recent years, we have used the Ronne et al. hypothermia shock method, the Yunis methotrexate blocking method, and the Dutrillaux thymidine synchronous method to perform multiple explorations of human peripheral blood. According to the specific conditions of our hospital, the method of Dutrillaux was used to improve. After repeated experiments, we have achieved stable and satisfactory results. The method of operation is now described.
