通过查阅国内外相关文献资料,对国内外优秀跳远运动员起跳阶段有关环节对助跑与起跳衔接技术影响因素技术统计数据进行对比分析,得出我国起跳过程缓冲阶段较长,通过起跳获得的重心垂直分速度较低和腾起角较小是影响我国运动员成绩提高的重要因素。并提出在保持高速助跑的前提下,提高起跳腿的支撑能力和伸肌由离心收缩向向心收缩的快速转换能力,同时加强摆动腿的摆动速度与幅度是提高助跑与起跳衔接技术的关键。
By referring to relevant domestic and international literatures, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the technical statistics data of influencing factors on the link between the run-up and the take-off of the elite long jump athletes at home and abroad, and finds that the buffering stage of Chinese take-off is longer and the vertical center of gravity The lower speed and the smaller rising angle are the important factors that affect the athlete’s performance in our country. And puts forward that it is the key to improve the support ability of the jump leg and the rapid changeover of the extensor contraction from the centrifugal to the centripetal under the precondition of maintaining the high speed running and strengthening the swing speed and amplitude of the swing leg.
