目的:了解餐饮行业现有防灭蝇设施的效果。方法:选择设置有灭蝇灯、风帘门、珠帘门的快餐店和饭店进行试验,用目测、拍打和粘捕法观察上述设施的使用与否对餐饮业室内蝇密度的影响。结果:灭蝇灯、风帘门、珠帘门使用时室内苍蝇均明显少于不使用时,且差异有显著性,但室内仍有不少苍蝇。结论:餐饮行业除了防蝇设施外,还需辅以其它灭蝇方法及措施。
Purpose: To understand the effectiveness of existing antifungal facilities in the restaurant industry. Methods: Fast-food restaurants and restaurants with fly-out lights, windscreen doors and bead curtain doors were selected for testing. The effects of the above facilities on the density of indoor flies in the catering industry were observed by visual inspection, patting and sticking. Results: The flies, the wind curtain door and the bead curtain door used less flies than the non-use flies, and the difference was significant. However, there were still many flies in the room. Conclusion: In addition to the anti-flies facilities in the catering industry, other methods and measures for killing flies are needed.
