物联网技术的应用使生鲜农产品冷链物流效率明显提升,但同时不可避免的也会增加运营成本,所以各级流通主体需要根据成本收益情况来进行物联网采纳的决策。考虑物联网采纳前后两阶段,供应链上下游所需承担的各项成本与收益情况,着重分析物联网采纳对上下游批发价格,零售价格与订货量决策的影响,得出与生鲜农产品冷链物流收益决策密切相关的重要边界值,进而发现:批发商、零售商与供应链整体获利的边界值相同;采纳物联网技术后,零售价格与零售商的收益增加值大于批发商的收益增加值,零售价格的上升幅度大于批发价格的上升幅度;供应链中订货量的成本边界值与农产品品质关系不大,但受到流通时间、运输与仓储成本的影响,物联网技术成本越低,对订货量影响越大。最后用算例分析说明研究结果的正确性。本文为生鲜农产品冷链企业投资物联网提供了科学依据。
The application of IOT technology improves the efficiency of cold chain logistics of raw agricultural products obviously, but also inevitably increases the operating costs. Therefore, the main body of circulation at all levels needs to make decisions based on the cost and benefit to be adopted by the Internet of Things. Consider the two stages before and after the adoption of IoT, the various costs and benefits that the upstream and downstream of the supply chain need to bear, focusing on the impact of IOT adopted on the upstream and downstream wholesale price, retail price and order quantity decision-making, The conclusion is that the boundary value of wholesaler, retailer and supply chain as a whole is the same. After adopting IOT technology, the added value of retail price and retailer’s return is greater than that of wholesaler The added value and the increase of the retail price are greater than the rise of the wholesale price. The cost boundary value of the order quantity in the supply chain has little to do with the quality of agricultural products. However, due to the influence of the circulation time, transportation and warehousing costs, The greater impact on the order quantity. Finally, a case study shows the correctness of the research results. This article provides a scientific basis for the cold chain enterprises to invest in Internet of Things.
