福建省制糖企业为了更好地贯彻“产品质量法”,稳步地提高本省食糖质量,在94/95年新的榨季到来之前,各糖厂都能针对上榨季产品质量存在的问题,采取了一系列提高产品质量的保证措施:南靖第一糖厂重新调整落实了各级质量管理机构,充实配备了质管专职人员,严格制定产品质量包装标志管理办法,并拨出3O万元资金专门用于提高产品质量的技改;诏安花墩糖厂投资20万元,实施“糖浆上浮”新工艺的技术改造,重新修定“重点岗位、关键工序质量考核奖罚制
In order to better implement the “Product Quality Law” and improve the quality of sugar in the province, the sugar industry in Fujian Province has been able to address the problems of product quality in the last crop season before the arrival of the new crop season in 94/95.
