目的为加强学校食堂餐(用)具的消毒管理,预防学生食物中毒提供参考依据。方法采用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法对葫芦岛市888所学校食堂5429件餐(用)具消毒效果进行监测分析。结果本次开展的学校食堂餐(用)具监测行动共监测各类餐(用)具5429件,合格3015件,合格率为55.54%。各类餐(用)具监测样品中,以大菜盆的样品合格率最低,小菜盆次之。结论葫芦岛市应加强对学校食堂特别是农村学校食堂的餐(用)具消毒监管和指导,提高餐饮具消毒卫生质量。
Objective To strengthen the school canteen meal (with) a disinfection management, prevention of food poisoning provide a reference. Methods A rapid test of coliform bacteria was used to monitor the 5429 meal (use) disinfection effects of 888 school canteens in Huludao City. Results The school cafeteria meal (with) monitoring activities were monitoring all kinds of meals (with) with 5429 pieces, qualified 3015, with a pass rate of 55.54%. Various types of meals (with) with the monitoring sample, the sample with a large sample of the lowest pass rate, followed by small dishes. Conclusion Huludao City should strengthen the supervision and guidance of food (use) for school canteens, especially rural school canteens, and improve the quality of tableware disinfection and hygiene.
