“空白”的审美价值及其对文艺创作的启示

“留白”在中国古典美学中是一种重要的艺术创作技巧和方法,是中国古典美学一条重要的审美原则和标准,其哲学意义源于道家“有无相生”“象罔”等思想,而“境生象外”则是其在古典美学中的审美渊源.西方接受美学对此则有更系统的理论阐述,伊塞尔用“不确定性”与“空白”的概念来阐述文本与读者的关系,认为文学文本应该有结构上的“空白”,让读者在接受中去想象和创造.“空白”的审美价值并不仅仅体现在古典艺术作品中,在现代艺术创作,例如小说创作中,恰当运用“空白”能调动读者对生活的独特理解和体验,从而增强了小说的意蕴诗化,提升小说的艺术美.
