详细介绍了观测海洋内波环境要素的重要性、分析了内波观测技术的国内外发展现状,并提出了一种具有升降功能的内波测量平台技术。该系统一次布放可连续可靠服役3个月,最大使用深度400 m,内波测量深度范围0~300 m,可以测量影响海洋内波要素的温盐深流实时数据,从而获得内波从形成到消亡的全过程信息和数据。
