为解决ZL80型铲斗深孔镗削难点,实施工艺创新,设计了XG982铲斗镗孔工艺装备。详细介绍了本设计方案与传统加工模式的对比和改进策略,提出了采用双导向镗模架布置形式的先进性,论证了镗刀杆与浮动接头结构与强度的合理性,阐述了滚动轴承镗模架的优化创新,分析并解决夹具设计及工装系统减震问题。并在实际应用中验证了该工装有效性,完美解决了历来深孔加工中刀具系统刚性不足、振动、孔中心线偏移的难题。
In order to solve the difficult problem of deep hole boring of ZL80-type bucket and implement technological innovations, the XG982 bucket boring process equipment was designed. The comparison between the design scheme and the traditional machining mode and the improvement strategy are introduced in detail. The advanced nature of the layout of the dual guide boring mold frame is put forward. The rationality of the structure and strength of the boring bar and the floating joint is demonstrated. Optimization of the frame innovation, analysis and solve fixture design and tooling system damping problem. In the practical application, the effectiveness of the tooling is verified, which perfectly solves the problem of the lack of rigidity, vibration and hole centerline deviation of the tool system in deep hole machining.
