人的整体素质是由先天形成的自然素质和后天形成的文化素养组成的。素养的形成包括教养和修养两个方面。那么信息素养指的就是通过学校教育和自我教育形成的个体在信息的获取、分析、处理、发布和应用等方面的教养和修养。随着人类跨入21世纪、信息社会的到来,知识经济时代预示着人类经济社会生活将发生新的巨大变化,信息的获取、传输、处理和应用能力将作为人们最基本的能力和文化水平的标志,良好的信息素养是人才素质结构的重要组成部分。提高中小学生的信息素养不仅是信息时代对人才素质的基本要求,也是实施科教兴国,、增强综合国力的客观需要。信息技术课作为中学一门知识性与技能性相结合的基础工具课程,更应重视在学科教学中加强对学生信息素养的培养。
The overall quality of people is formed by the inherent quality of natural and acquired cultural composition. The formation of literacy includes two aspects of education and cultivation. Information technology class as a combination of knowledge and skills of middle school as a basic tool courses, should pay more attention to the subject teaching to enhance the cultivation of student information literacy.
