在探讨维生素 E的抗氧化作用机制的基础上 ,结合 FAB-MS谱中 M+· 的形成过程 ,对 FAB-MS法与药物抗氧化作用的相关性进行了研究 ,利用循环伏安法测定氧化峰电位 ,并进行比较。研究表明 :FAB-MS谱中 M+· 峰的相对强度在一定程度上可以反映化合物的抗氧化作用强弱 ,FAB-MS技术能为化合物的抗氧化活性筛选提供有益的参考
Based on the mechanism of antioxidant activity of vitamin E and the formation of M + in FAB-MS spectra, the relationship between FAB-MS and anti-oxidative activity was studied. The oxidation peak was determined by cyclic voltammetry Potential and compare. The results showed that the relative intensity of M + peak in FAB-MS spectra could reflect the antioxidant activity of FAB-MS, and FAB-MS could provide a useful reference for the screening of antioxidant activity of FAB-MS
