谈判对手的选择谈判格言:不要浪费您的时间,与没有实权的人进行谈判。格言浅析:商战中谈判的目的,无疑是以最小的代价来获取对方最大的利益。所以在谈判初步接触中,首先要摸准对方的来头,“知己知彼,百战百胜”。商战,本来就是战场,只有在竞争中取胜,方能自己获得生存。谈判中,尽量避免与谈判对手委派的不具备实权的代表进行任何形式的谈判,因为对手的目的同样也很明确,获得对方的谈判目的,仍是取得谈判主动的先决条件。
