气体动力学方面的因素已被公认为是限制高炉冶炼不断强化的蘑要原因.流化和液泛同属气体动力学现象.当高炉料柱中发生流化或液泛时,高炉当即丧失顺行.由于两者不同时产生,所以需要确定高炉料柱中发生流化和液泛的条件,以及何者是限制高炉冶炼强化的真正原因.本文介绍了Ergun方程和Sherwood曲线,分析了高炉料柱中流体运动的特点以及研工作者们应用Ergun方程和Sherwood曲线分析研究高炉冶炼过程所取得的结沦.
Gas-kinetic factors have been accepted as the limiting reasons for the continued strengthening of blast furnace smelting. Fluidization and flooding are both gas-kinetic phenomena. When fluidized or flooded in the blast column, the blast furnace immediately lost its ability to move forward Since both do not occur at the same time, it is necessary to determine the conditions of fluidization and liquid flooding in the blast furnace column and what is the real reason to limit the enhancement of blast furnace smelting.In this paper, Ergun equation and Sherwood curve are introduced, The characteristics of fluid movement and the research workers used Ergun equation and Sherwood curve analysis to study the conclusion of the blast furnace smelting process.
