最近,国家标准化管理委员会对江苏省制订的《劳动关系和谐企业评价规范》进行了备案和公告。采取地方标准形式,规范评价企业劳动关系和谐程度,此举在全国尚属首创。在加强和创新社会管理的新形势下,江苏省总工会、省人社厅、省经信委、省企业联合会、省工商联联合省质监局,共同制订了《劳动关系和谐企业评价规范》(以下简称评价规范),并联合下发了贯彻实施《评价规范》的指导意见。
Recently, the State Standardization Administration Commission has filed and announced the “Normative Evaluation of Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises” formulated by Jiangsu Province. Take the form of local standards, standardize the evaluation of the harmonious degree of labor relations in enterprises, the move is still the first in the country. Under the new situation of strengthening and innovating social management, Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions, Provincial People's Government Office, Provincial Commission of Economic Information, Provincial Enterprise Confederation and Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce Quality Supervision Bureau jointly formulated the “Evaluation Norms for Harmonious Enterprise in Labor Relations ”(Hereinafter referred to as evaluation norms) and jointly issued guidance on the implementation of“ evaluation norms ”.
