苦参为豆科植物苦参Sophora Flavescens Ait的干燥根,有清热燥湿,杀虫利尿的功能,主治热痢便血,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,皮肤瘙痒;外治滴虫性阴道炎。从苦参中提取分离出8种生物碱和7种黄酮类化合物,其中氧化苦参碱、氧化槐果碱、苦参碱含量最高。现将其研究近况综述如下:1 抗病原体作用1.1 抗病毒 苦参碱具有对细胞低毒和明显的抗病毒作用,对柯萨基B_(3m)病毒感染的小鼠,能延长其存活时间,试验组12例小鼠中有2例存活,提示该药抑制病毒增殖,推迟病毒血症的到来,并有治愈病毒感染的可能。苦参总碱有效成分对柯萨基B_(3m)病毒感染的Hela细胞有保护作用,该作用与药物浓度存在量效依赖关系。
Sophora flavescens is a dry root of Leguminosae Sophora Flavescens Ait. It has the functions of heat and dampness, insecticidal diuresis, indicating heat and blood stasis, bloating and pruritus, eczema, and pruritus. Externally treated trichomonal vaginitis. Two out of 12 mice in the experimental group survived, suggesting that the drug inhibits virus proliferation, delays the onset of viremia, and may cure viral infections. The effective components of total alkaloids from Sophora flavescens had protective effects on Coxsackievirus B3(3m)-infected HeLa cells, and this effect was dose-dependently dependent on the drug concentration.
