比较抗虫春棉与常规春棉、抗虫夏棉与常规夏棉种子的物理特性、营养结构、吸水速率和发芽活力,得出三叶期以前抗虫棉出苗慢、苗弱的原因,主要是抗虫棉种子过小、脂肪含量过低,蛋/脂比失调。提出在现有抗虫棉栽培中,可采用种子包衣剂处理或者种子出土后尽快喷洒叶面液肥,以弥补种子中脂肪含量的不足,保证棉苗出土快、生长壮。在今后抗虫棉,尤其是抗虫春棉育种中,应特别注重提高种子的体积和种子中脂肪的含量。
The physical characteristics, nutrition structure, water absorption rate and germination activity of insect-resistant spring cotton and conventional spring cotton, insect-resistant summer cotton and conventional summer cottonseed were compared. Insect-resistant cotton seeds are too small, too low in fat, egg / fat imbalance. Proposed in the existing cotton cultivation, the seed coating agent can be used to deal with or as soon as possible after spraying the seed liquid foliar fertilizer to make up for the lack of fat content in the seed to ensure that the cotton seedlings unearthed fast, strong growth. In the future, insect-resistant cotton, especially insect-resistant spring cotton breeding, special attention should be paid to improve the seed size and seed fat content.
