卫德章1957年,山东烟台人,1991年毕业于中央美术学院首届大专班,中国美术家协会会员,文化部中国艺术研究院文学艺术创作研究院研究员,作品参加全国第七届,八届美术展览,参加全国首届、第二届中国画展览,全国体育美展,参加全国第五届工笔画大展,参加第三届、第四届、第五届全国中国美协精品展,近年多次参加中国艺术研究院画展,多幅作品被中央美术学院。中国美术馆,北京美术家协会,烟台美术博物馆及学术机构收藏,1993年中国美术馆,1998年烟台美术博物馆,2011年中国国家画院美术馆举办个人画展,出版多部个人画集。
Wei Dezhang 1957, Shandong Yantai, 1991 graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts the first college class, member of the Chinese Artists Association, Ministry of Culture, Chinese Academy of Arts Literary and Art Creation Research Institute, the works participated in the Seventh, Eighth Art Exhibition, to participate in the first and second Chinese painting exhibition, the National Sports Art Exhibition, to participate in the Fifth National Fine Arts Exhibition, to participate in the third, fourth, fifth National Art Exhibition of China Fine Arts, in recent years, many times to participate in China Art Institute Exhibition, a number of works by the Central Academy of Fine Arts. China Art Museum, Beijing Artists Association, Yantai Museum of Fine Arts and Academic Collections, 1993 National Art Museum of China, Yantai Art Museum in 1998 and National Art Museum of China in 2011 held solo exhibitions and published a number of individual paintings.
