V. bleomycins Phleomycins (Phleomycins) study, is related to the people from Streptomyces (Strepto-myces verticillus) and other Streptomyces species isolated from a similar group, Sulfated glycopeptide antibiotics complexed with copper. The generic term for these antibiotics is named bleomycin. Bleomycin has antibacterial activity against bacteria and fungi (including plant pathogens). They differ from each other only in the amino moiety of the C-terminal amide and can be divided into two groups: bleomycin group A and Guanidino bleomycin group B. Certain copper-free bleomycin components have been identified and their structural formulas are the same as for the relevant phleomycin, as shown in Figure 9.
