轨道交通环线是城市轨道交通线网中的一种线型,北京是轨道交通环线成功布设,且充分发挥环线功能的典型城市,本文梳理北京轨道交通线网结构与城市特色、空间结构之间的关系,重点探讨其环线在线网中的作用和功能。以期更为深入的认识城市空间结构、地面路网特点与轨道交通线网间的关系,为其他城市轨道交通线网布局规划提供借鉴。北京轨道交通环线是其线网结构的重要支撑,为乘客出行提供了快捷的换乘通道;其环线功能得到充分发挥的重要原因是其旧城核心区交通集散点密布、交通出行量大,很多地方因文物原因不宜布设轨道交通线路,故轨网结构半径线较多,城市中心线网密度较低。北京轨道交通线网结构是北京城市特色、职能以及空间布局共同作用的结果;其他城市在线网规划过程中应更多关注本身特征,慎重选择轨道交通线型。
